President's Message:

 The April 20th meeting was again filled with friends meeting to play the accordion and socialize.  The music circle was led by Micah Cowan.  Following that the business meeting was held.  The meeting minutes lists the items discussed. 

Solos and duets were  played in the new format (2 rounds).  More importantly Marlene Meissner brought her microphone and amp.  Members introduced their songs and everyone could clearly hear what was being said!  The club is looking to purchase a cordless/wifi/Bluetooth microphone.  Marlene is checking into this.  Thank you for bringing it this time.  Bob Wachter relieved me of carrying the mic around for the 2nd round.  Thank you, Bob.

Another change this time was a clipboard sent around for members to write their names and their song(s).  This helps Marlene as she writes in each name and song.  Some song titles, as beautiful as they are, present a challenge in the spelling. 

Beth McDonald shared information about the Vancouver Community Concert Band.  Please find more detailed information on the "Upcoming Events" page on this website.

Next meeting is May 18 at the regular time: 12:00-4:00 pm.  Same format.
